Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or has any quality-related issue, Evran will cover the return shipping costs and provide appropriate assistance.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:

- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
